At the meeting on 26 May, 2004, the Board of Directors of the Siam Cement Public Company Limited passed a resolution to appoint Mr. Kan Trakulhoon as Executive Vice President of the Siam Cement Public Company Limited. Four other top executives of the Siam Cement Group?s business units were also appointed by the Board. The appointment will become effective on 1 July, 2004 The Board of Directors of the Siam Cement Public Company Limited approved the resolution to appoint the following individuals to the top management positions : 1. Mr. Kan Trakulhoon, as Executive Vice President of The Siam Cement Public Company Limited 2. Mr. Chaovalit Ekabut, as Executive Vice President of The Siam Pulp and Paper Public Company Limited 3. Mr. Cholanat Yanaranop, as Executive Vice President of Cementhai Chemicals Company Limited 4. Mr. Pichit Maipoom, as Executive Vice President of Cementhai Building Products Company Limited 5. Mr. Damri Tunshevavong, as Executive Vice President of Cementhai Holding Company Limited The Presidents of the five companies mentioned above remain unchanged.
