Debentures Update

• The next date of redemption would be for the SCC25OA issues, which will be on 1 October 2025. Thus, the detail of redemption and the new debenture issue will be sent out on 20 August 2025.
• SCC has been approved by SEC to issue a new debenture: 4 years debenture of The Siam Cement Public Company Limited 2/2568 maturing in 2029 (SCC29OA), the interest rate of 2.70% payable quarterly (every 3 months); the offering will be during 1 - 30 September 2025. SCC25OA debenture holder can subscribe during 1 - 5 September 2025 at the Krungthai Bank, Bank of Ayudhya, Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn Bank, Siam Commercial Bank or online channel of Krungthai and Kasikorn.
