Debentures Update
SCC has been approved by SEC to issue a new debenture: 4 years debenture of The Siam Cement Public Company Limited 1/2569 maturing in 2030 (SCC304A), the interest rate of 2.50% payable quarterly (every 3 months); the offering will be during 2 - 31 March 2026.
SCGC264A debenture holder can subscribe during 2 - 9 March 2026 at the Krungthai Bank, Bank of Ayudhya, Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn Bank, Siam Commercial Bank or online channel of Krungthai and Kasikorn.
